Anyone else noticed lots of news articles about Imposter Syndrome recently? Wondering what it is?
Defined as a pattern of thoughts and behaviours where people doubt their accomplishments and have a persistent fear of being exposed as 'a fraud', imposter syndrome can be limiting and debilitating.
The below article by Melody Wilding has some great example thoughts and behaviours to check if any of the variants of imposter syndrome apply to you plus, importantly, some ways to work on overcoming them.
