In your first appointment, we’ll work together to understand your goals; things like:

  • What do you want from this commitment you’re making to yourself?

  • What do you want life to feel like instead?

Then we’ll get started with personalised tools and strategies that help reduce anxiety and build confidence, clarity, and calm.

  • Exploring what’s behind anxiety - are there old stories or expectations tripping you up?

  • Learning to unhook from anxious thoughts so they stop running the show
