You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out. This space is here to help you pause, reset, and feel more in control - whether it’s managing stress, navigating burnout, dealing with anxiety, or just making space to think clearly.

What to Expect

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s brought you here and what you’d like to get out of counselling. It’s a chance for you to set the pace and for me to understand how I can best support and guide you. Together, we’ll focus on realistic strategies that fit your life, not add pressure to it.
