Anger and aggression can cause many problems:

With anger management, we work together to help you notice and identify your anger triggers, what are the thoughts that come up for you, what is your intent, what are your physiological signs of anger, the behaviours and outcomes, etc. And then we work on making changes and developing better responses, helping you make better choices and have more self-awareness, and self-control.
