I’m based in Enoggera, with easy access and parking, and convenient for clients from north Brisbane suburbs such as Albion, Alderley, Ashgrove, Bardon, Chermside & Chermside West, Clayfield, Enoggera, Everton Park, Gaythorne, Gordon Park, Grange, Kedron, Keperra, Lutwyche, Mitchelton, Newmarket, Stafford & Stafford Heights, The Gap, Windsor, and Wilston.

If you prefer a Walk and Talk counselling appointment, where we pick a park, put on comfy shoes and have a stroll, I’m happy to travel around any of the above suburbs, or along Kedron Brook. If you’re not listed above, give me a call or email and we can arrange a good spot to meet.

About The Anxious ADHDer - Counselling Brisbane

I'm Louise Armstrong, PACFA registered clinical counsellor and founder of The Anxious ADHDer. Originally from the north of Ireland, I've been in Australia for over 20 years and am proud to call Brisbane home.

(Officially my PACFA registration is under my full name of Audrey Louise Armstrong - so if you're checking my credentials with PACFA, that's the name to look for.) And please do check - when you're searching for a counsellor or therapist near you, always verify they're registered with a recognised body like PACFA. In a field where anyone can use the term therapist, counsellor or coach, registration matters.

My purpose is simply helping people, through non-judgemental, person centred counselling and coaching, including:

  • Parenting support (esp. parenting ADHD kids)
